Gilles Bousquet and Bernard Belloc will discuss their book "L'expérience Alumni: Regards franco-américains" on the role played by Alumni in fostering their universities and institutions.
Gilles Bousquet is Profesor and former Dean at the University of Wisconsin -Madison. Bernard Belloc is Honorary President at the Université Toulouse I Capitole and former advisor at the Presidency of the Republic for higher education and research. (Their book was published in 2020 at Presses Universitaires de Provence).
The Board's thoughts on this topic and this conference are on the initiative of Martine Bournerias, vice-President, together with the board members Anne Béatrice Schlumberger, Georges Gaède, as well as Didier Serrat, President of the "Cercle des administrateurs et de la gouvernance" and Camilla Pagani, consultant for international development.
This book through a comparative approach on American and French experiences offers inspiring thoughts that will be shared with the audience.
Pascal Perrineau, Sciences Po Alumni President, will introduce the conference and the debate.
