Sciences Po Alumni launches its Solidarity Fund

As part of the Sciences Po Alumni Solidarity program initiated in June 2020 by Pascal Perrineau, your Association is launching a solidarity fund to address the current crisis and help alumni who have lost their jobs.

If you are in this complicated situation, the Sciences Po Alumni Solidarity Fund allows you to benefit from a 50% reduction on your membership fee, as well as free access to the Career Pass and the association's Career Center workshops.

If you find yourself in a difficult financial situation, you can also apply for an interest-free non-guaranteed “honor loan,” repayable when you return to work.

If you lose your home, you can also ask the association for a deposit of up to 1,000 euros, in order to consolidate your file with a future landlord.

Your requests for discounts, loans or deposits should be sent to alumni.solidaires@sciencespo-alumni.fr, accompanied by an unemployment certificate less than 3 months old, your last tax return and the contact details where you can be reached.

In addition, we would like to inform you that a network of "Pilot Alumni" has been set up to support our colleagues most affected by the crisis. For a period of eight months, this network is committed to volunteer to help those who are looking for a sympathetic ear, occasional advice or even networking help. If you yourself would like to join the members of the Board of Directors already involved in this initiative, write to us at alumni.solidaires@sciencespo-alumni.fr.

Finally, Sciences Po Alumni has exceptionally offered a one-year membership fee to all Master's graduates in 2020, to support them during the complicated period they are going through.
