Interview with HR directors/Coaches
Benefit from a personalized accompaniment to take stock of your situation and project yourself.
The starting step when joining the Career Center is the interview with an HR Director/Coach, a privileged moment during which, in complete confidentiality, you can take stock of your professional situation. This exchange allows you to take a step back from your career trajectory, identify your strengths and areas for development, and think about the actions to be implemented to boost your career.
These are face-to-face or remote interviews (via Skype/Zoom or telephone), at your own discretion.
Workshops and conferences
Energize your job-hunt and develop your talents.
The workshops have been expanded and are structured around five axes:
- Getting to know yourself
- Communicating better
- Developing your talents
- Energizing your job-hunt
- Changing status
- Effective team management
- Manage your business
These interactive thematic workshops/webinars allow you to go deeper into a particular topic. They rely on group dynamics as they allow you to benefit from the cross-examination of other participants while also being an opportunity to network.
We also offer lectures on the job market and help you discover new concepts and practices (these lectures are free for student members).
Personality profiles
To get to know you better.
In order to get to know you better, to identify your comfort and effort zones, to improve your communication and to deepen your professional interests, we offer you a range of three personality profiles: MBTI, PROCESS COM and STRONG.
Job offers
Monitor the job market through to a selection of job offers.
More than 1,500 offers are selected each year by the Career Center and distributed weekly in the form of an e-newsletter.
This subscription also gives access to the Whats4u website which gathers the offers of more than twenty Grandes Écoles (some 50,000 offers in France and abroad).
Cycles
Participate in working groups .
We also organize cycles that allow us to accompany a group of about ten participants over a period of several months. Three themes are covered :

- Successfully transitioning from the Public sector to the Public/Quasipublic/Private sector
