"Italy is not a magic place, but it is a place where worklifebalance is really good, since you can combine an international working environment with culture and hobbies", according to Francesco Rocchetti, ('15), Secretary General, ISPI - Istituto per gli Studi di Politica Internazionale and Director of the Rome MED Dialogues.

"Italians in the professional field are much more interested in international talents and foreign cultures, than you would imagine", stated Yann Chareton, ('00), Managing Director at Ardian, who has been based in Milan for many years.

"Work with passion, everything is possible, just go for it and take care of yourself". These are three recommendations suggested by Alexandra Gonzalez, ('09), Climate and resilience, Strategic Partnerships at the UN World Food Programme, while she explained how she found a good balance between personal life and an international career in Rome.

Faiza Errais Borges, ('92), Senior Consultant at The European House-Ambrosetti and Member of the Executive Committee CCI France Italie - Camera di Commercio, suggested to dare to make spontaneous applications, to follow one's own motivation, and to take advantage of Sciences Po Alumni network, which is so developed everywhere in the world.
 

This meeting , in French and English, was introduced by Gianandrea Giacomazzi, president of La Strada students association and moderated by Camilla Pagani, ('09), Consultant, International Affairs for Sciences Po Alumni.
